I built the Marine Infrastructure division from zero. Restructured the luxury residential pipeline to deliver four high-end custom builds per quarter. Directed 56 trade professionals across 8 specialized field crews with twelve consecutive years of perfect safety compliance.
My return to the South Jersey shore. Fast-track property improvements, structural maintenance cycles, and mechanical system enhancements for elite waterfront portfolios. Built on the same standard the family built on.
The active project-showcase brand for the renovation and marine work. Classic but reborn.
Florida operation, premium residential redevelopment and custom millwork, driven by 3D parametric layouts that shortened the sales cycle.
We took the contracts no one else would — high-load waterfront properties that had failed regulatory engineering or municipal inspection. Closed those contracts using CAD/BIM model walk-throughs as sales tools, so clients could see the structural fix before we drove the first pile.
